Terms of Service

    These Terms govern your use of cprclasses.xyz (the “Service”), operated by Juan Tristan. By creating an account or booking a class you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

    1. Accounts

    You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Instructor and organization accounts require manual approval and may be revoked if listings violate these Terms.

    2. Bookings and payments

    Booking a class reserves a seat with the instructor or organization hosting that class. Payment terms, refunds, cancellation windows, and course content are set by the instructor or organization, not by us. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms; we do not store your card details.

    3. Instructor / organization listings

    Instructors and organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their compliance with AHA/ARC training program requirements, and the certifications they issue. We provide the platform; we do not deliver the training or issue the underlying certifications.

    4. Acceptable use

    • No listings for classes you are not authorized to teach.
    • No harvesting of other users’ personal information.
    • No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or payment flows.
    • No spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

    5. Subscriptions (instructors and organizations)

    Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel from the billing area of your dashboard. Prices and included registration volume are shown on the Pricing page.

    6. Disclaimer

    The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Training content, certifications, and course quality are the responsibility of the instructor or organization delivering the class.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) US$100.

    8. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
